Cookies! Cookies! Cookies!

Girl Scout cookie sales took up the last part of February and first part of March. Between family purchases (thank you!), Operation Cookie Drop donations, and 10 hours of cookie booths, KP made it to her goal - wahoo!!!

Although cookie booths aren't my favorite, KP loves them and it's really fun to see how she's grown over the last few years in her interactions with customers. So yes, she suckered me into 5 booths. And she did GREAT! It's a really hard thing to put yourself out there, ask strangers if they want to buy cookies, deal with rude customer behavior (yes, surprisingly it does happen), and keep focused for the entire booth time but she did it and with flying colors. On the flip side, there were lots of great, generous folks who came by and supported the girls and gave words of encouragement.

Pictures of the 'fun' is below. I didn't get a picture of the last booth - pouring rain and yes, we were totally outside in it with no cover - ugh! Thankfully Ryan swung by and tapped me out so I could leave a 1/2 hour in. I felt like I'd won the lottery!

Super proud of KP and all her hard work here!

Outside Grocery Outlet with Lily.
It was BRRRR cold that night!

Outside Tiger Mountain Store with Delilah.
Although cold the sun was shining - wahoo!

Score - INSIDE at Safeway. Our favorite
spot by far - both warm/dry and super high traffic
We got this booth with Annika two different times
