I'm pretty cute!

Check out my 6-month pictures and I think you'll agree that I'm a cutie pie! I had so much fun hanging out with Nicole and giggling the morning away. Thanks, Nicole!

I may look like Daddy....

but just like Mommy, I LOVE books! I keep hearing Mommy and Daddy whispering about this Amazon.com place and Daddy saying that Mommy better not share her addiction with me. Wonder what that means??!

I'm 6 months old today!

Look at what I've been up to:

Sunday was a rare January day in the Northwest. It was blue skies, sunshine and 60 degrees. So here I am all ready to go for my walk with my new shades. We convinced Daddy to join us by agreeing to walk to KFC for chicken wings. LOL! :)

Here I am in my big-girl high chair. Due to some tummy troubles, my doctor suggested I stick with just mommy's milk until 6 months. But here I am, and after my 6 month appt on Friday I got the green light to start brown rice cereal. Mmmmmm...

By the way, my stats from my 6 month check-up:

Weight: 15 lbs, 14 ounces
Height: 25 1/2 inches

And yeah, six vaccinations AND a flu shot - ouch!

Sleepy time with Daddy

Lounging around and snoozing on the new furniture with Daddy!

The Sun Is Still Up There

On Wednesday, we actually had a beautiful day and a reminder that there is a nice, big ole sun out there still. With the blue skies and sunshine, Kaitlyn and I got motivated to drag the stroller out of the closet and head for a walk around the neighborhood. Here's KP all bundled up for the walk.

Kaitlyn's Story Through Pictures

I have lots to catch you all up on so tonight we'll do several blog posts. First off, here I am doing some tummy time (caught on camera by my new, wonderful nanny Karen).

Boy, it's hard work!

But look how strong I'm getting.

And after all that work, I deserve a nap!

Dear Cousin Alyssa...

Thank you so very much for my great blanket. It's amazing that you made it just for me, that's so special! Maybe one day you can teach me how to make one as well. It's so warm and soft and perfect - I love it. Unfortunately, Mommy and Daddy think so as well. So if you can give me any tips on how to keep them from stealing my blankie, I'd greatly appreciate it. :)
Love, Kaitlyn
