4th Grade Choir Concert

Last Thursday Kaitlyn had her 4th grade choir concert (which is indeed different from the honor choir concert she had a few weeks ago). Always fun to hear the kids! Theme was patriotic and Washington State oriented. 

The last song of her program was The Gooey Duck Song. I sat there laughing thinking of my Dad the whole time they were singing and it took me back to the days when we use to go gooey duck digging - hilarious!

My favorite verse:
Oh it takes a lotta luck, and a certain kinda pluck
For to dig around the muck, for to get a gooey duck.
For he doesn't have a front and he doesn't have a back
And he doesn't know Donald, and he doesn't go quack!
