We also have had patches of lovely days. One of which meant a trip to the Fairwood pool. Fingers crossed that this year we'll get to spend more time there.
The last brownie meeting was this week. What a great experience that has been for Kaitlyn.
Can't forget field day either. I surprised Kaitlyn and volunteered - it was fun to see how excited she was to see me. I know the day is coming where that won't be the case, lol! That day was not one of our lovely days. It looked like it could dump rain any minute. Thankfully, we made it through the whole hour without any drops and as soon as the kiddos were inside the sky opened up. Whew! Dodged that one. Another activity where they do an awesome job...hula hoop contests, spray bottle chases, tug-o-war, flag football, volleyball, bouncy ball races, and on and on. This year I got the BEST station ever...the popsicle station! All the kids loved seeing me...okay, more like loved seeing the popsicles. And KP was also Star Student! Whew - that's a lot to pack in!
